  This kroger employees two pharmacist, that alternate days, meaning they never work together at the same time. They both work twelve hour shifts, 9am to 9pm, and during this twelve hour shift, they are not allotted break times during thier shifts to eat, or even allow them to use the restroom. This is appalling seeing as they are working such LONG HOURS.. In most states, it's required that employees receive a thirty minute break while working shifts longer than six hours. So why are the pharmacists at Kroger not given any regulated amount of time for a break? Even telemarketers are allowed one thirty minute break, and two separate fifteen minutes breaks.. Walmart pharmacy closes their pharmacy to allow their employees to have a standard break, so why is kroger treating their own employees inhumane by not allowing these employees to have standard breaks during their extensively long shifts? If kroger and the store manager here, Mr Smith, do not agree with basic human rights, and the need to have a short break during a TWELVE HOUR SHIFT to at least use the restroom, then a lawsuit will be in order very soon. It is absolutely ridiculous that this store is preventing their pharmacists from receiving basic workers rights.
