- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give a zero I would..... I had a house fire in 2015 and called his office to see what I needed to do... no had to leave a message... and no one ever called me back... I have the hardest time getting to talk to Dale Gainey or Ralph Martin... and the office personnel can not answer any questions either... I am still dealing with insurance issues from this house fire... and calling the main office is a waste of time...transferred to so many different people... I am fed up... - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dale is rude and his staff can't answer questions they are asked correctly or they simply say I don't know..How can you not know questions about Ins when you work for a ins company...We are paying more for ins with Dale then we are paying for our car payment..So we are now looking for a more friendly company...STAY AWAY FROM DALE AND HIS INS COMPANY...I am not his only complaint he is about to lose 5 different families...TRY BEING NICE TO PEOPLE PAYING YOU..April 29, 2017by Michelle Bone
